The site is brilliant Mrs Brocks and all Christow Primary children. WELL DONE! My only suggestion is that you should include more about the history of the school. After ripping out all our concrete hand prints(WHICH BY THE WAY I WOULD OF HAPPILY HAD IN MY BACK GARDEN (Mum wouldnt of been best pleased though)) it seems all us previous students have been forgotten. DON'T FORGET US!
| Helen Carpenter | 27 September 2005 00:00:00 |
Christow looks as gorgeous on the website as it is in real life! Well done to all the children and Mrs Brocks!

Hello everyone at Christow School ... I wonder if any children remember me ... Mrs Ashford. I am Headteacher at a school in Hampshire now but think about Christow all the time. I love your website and although we have one at my school it is quite new and we still have lots to do to make it as exciting as yours. I wonder if Mrs Brocks has helped you with yours?!! If you remember me you will see that I have a new name as I got married last year. One day I hope that I will be able to come back to Devon and visit you and see all the fantastic changes that have been made to the school. Good Luck to your new Headteacher.

Christow School still looks as fun and colourful as when I was there. I left in 1980 just after the centenary celebrations. I learnt to swim in the school pool (we went in even on cold days!), the dinners were lovely and the teachers I have never forgotten as they were so nice and made everything really interesting.

Christow was the first school I taught at whilst training to become a teacher. I'm very grateful to all the staff and pupils who made the experience so enjoyable and worthwhile. I now teach a Year 5 class in North London and am very much enjoying being a teacher! With kind wishes, Mr (Dominic) Bennetts
