Fossil Hunting

On Saturday 18th March a staggering 21 families (about 67 people - young and slightly older) went to Charmouth for an afternoon of fossil hunting. This was the culmination of Kennick's historical research into the life of Mary Anning. We all managed to find loads of belemnites and some even found rather impressive ammonites and crinoids! There is a display in the library area of our day out. Please come and look when you have time.

A huge thank you goes to Ruth for organising this brilliant day out.
